Uses : Nufil Injection contains filgrastim, a granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) that stimulates the bone marrow to produce more neutrophils. It is primarily used to treat neutropenia (low white blood cell count), which can be a side effect of chemotherapy, bone marrow transplantation, or chronic neutropenia. Uses: Chemotherapy-Induced Neutropenia: Helps to increase white blood cell counts in patients undergoing chemotherapy. Bone Marrow Transplantation: Aids in the recovery of neutrophil counts following a bone marrow transplant. Severe Chronic Neutropenia: Used to treat congenital, cyclic, or idiopathic neutropenia. Peripheral Blood Progenitor Cell Collection: Facilitates the mobilization of hematopoietic stem cells into the bloodstream for collection.

Contraindications: Patients with known hypersensitivity to filgrastim or any component of the formulation should not use Nufil. Precautions: Caution is advised in patients with sickle cell disease, as filgrastim can exacerbate the condition.
